Along the way he has built and modernized technology for growing organizations, led and mentored internal teams, and managed the vendor and MSP relationships that keep operations running reliably. He is equally comfortable setting strategy alongside leadership and troubleshooting infrastructure hands-on when it matters.
His experience runs deep in Microsoft-centric environments and healthcare IT, including HIPAA-compliant deployments, telehealth rollouts, and Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations with zero data loss. He has a track record of modernizing infrastructure, strengthening security, negotiating better vendor terms, and keeping critical systems stable and highly available. Jesse founded Gifford Tech to bring that same senior-level leadership to any business that wants it, without the overhead of a full-time executive.
Marty Brieger brings over a decade of hands-on experience in managed IT services, infrastructure management, and technology solutions. He specializes in designing, deploying, and supporting the environments businesses rely on every day, from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to leading infrastructure projects and system upgrades that keep operations running reliably.
He has particular depth in modern collaboration and conference room technology: video conferencing systems, interactive displays, wireless presentation, sound, control interfaces, and fully integrated AV setups that make hybrid meetings work the way they should. A Cabrillo College graduate with degrees in Computer Administration and Web Media, Marty is focused on streamlining operations and building efficient, user-friendly IT environments that drive reliability and long-term success.
